Jokes aside, I do believe in UFO's. The evidence is overwhelming. Most people that don't believe will quote hoaxes and such... you can have 1000 hoaxes, and 1 real case for the whole phenomenon to be real. Take crop circles, people don't believe it because two idiots claimed to have created some, I believe they did create some, so what? I can swim (pretty bad mind you) is this evidence that there can't be any good swimmers? haha

I know this will seem strange to some of you, but think about the UFO/time correlation for a moment.  If one can control time, does that imply control over anything else?  Essentially, the First to control time could exercise Authority over all He surveyed.  The God of the Holy Bible declares Himself to be the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last.  He's BEEN THERE.  Knowing the best (and worst) beginnings and endings of all He surveyed.  One could engineer worlds, galaxies and beyond.  Why would such a Being wish to permit a lasting threat to the Perfect Order He worked so very long to establish?  If man were to obtain the technology to speed along at multiples of 'C', what seeds of havoc and rebellion might he bring with him into the cosmos?  And if a culture were to approach this condition, what should be done, and by Whom?

The bible reveals that, after war in Heaven, the fallen one and his cohorts are thrown down to Earth's vicinity, knowing they have but a short time to convince the world powers to side with them and prepare for war with the Almighty.  God's Word reveals that the 'beast' would take dominion over the air, ascending to the heavens, controlling the weather to an extent.  Even seek to "change times and seasons".  Read the following and see if the wisdom contained therein is something you, dear reader, wish to understand and appreciate:

you seem to be saying that you know for sure that travelling at speeds of multiples of 'C' bestows the ability to control time. i know you are going to refer me to einstein, but this whole idea of time stopping when reaching the speed of 'C' is largely untested. as is the idea of travelling back in time by speeds larger than 'C'...
do you have any data to back this up or is this faith based like the imaginary godfairy you mentioned?
