My perpetual motion machine, well sort of anyway.

If you mean do I ever set something on it,,I do,,sometimes I set my small flower pots on it,,these things are small,,about the size and weight of half a can of soda Id say,,or other small things,,it still works as said,,must be very efficient solar panels Im thinking, well that and it turns so slow no doubt it uses almost next to nothing in battery power. Cant set anything larger on it,,its just made of plastic.

That's hard for some to decide. The universe keeps whirling and stirring but there's no friction to stop it. To say that something is perpetual means that it's feeding itself, the only time it would need to feed itself is when it is being slowed down by another force. But then again, there are lots of different forces going on the the universe, so maybe it could be perpetual. Ah well, here's to Mama Nature's giant carousel, sit back and enjoy the ride.
