.....can be no more,than a starting point to imagine a practical gravity oscillator.

   For inertial propulsion,we must think in the terms of inertial oscillator.

   We know to use so easy electromagnetic  field and ...osciillators.

    It's a time problem:.150 years ago,this domain was a "shadowy" one.

     So,in my opinion, energy and transport problems of the future are related to gravity and inertial oscillators:a real "rediscovery" of the old lever concept.

  As I can see on net,you have an interesting and optimistic site  (  www.space.org  ).

  Optimism is the disposal to look on the brightside,or as Leibniz quoted that ..."we are living in the best possible world",thinking maybe ,about the science and our ability to discover the path to our next steps of existence.

  Hi Jerry !
Regarding inertial propulsion,I recommend two practical pendular arrangements,you can see on net:

  -   www.evert.de    (here you search information about Felix Wurth ).

  -   naturtechnik.de   (here you can watch a short movie of Kilian Otmar Keil ).

  They made the first step...but with "no target" in mind :

     -Wurth developed an interesting,but non controllable pendular vector.

     -Otmar made an excellent assemble,but with a "frozen" pendular effect and so,with a null usable vector.

    In my opinion,the real aim is to obtain a stable and controllable vector .

    In my vision (and papers...),this is called "Tractive pendulum" ).

My point was not Evert's rotors,but simply this Wurth's pendular system,that develops an interesting and strong inertial vector.

The problem is to evolve and control the push...

The device, I have done software simulation, the result is only hovering around the origin can not be a continuous directional movement.
