If this is a hoax they seem to have gone to a lot of trouble. Three phone numbers are provided (US,Mexico and Panama) but no address. They claim to have two generators which provide free energy using Keshe reactor technology. The generators are 3.5kw 1,980 euros and 6.5kw 2,860 euros. Strange that the price is in euros yet none of the phone numbers are european. Apparently the generators are good for 35 years. The website is in spanish - http://neo.sx/index-neo3.html (http://neo.sx/index-neo3.html)
Amazing Generator. Here is the Link to see the Patent:

Their site shows an order phone number for the USA and Mexico.

I think that you should purchase one and post a demonstration video of your own.
Here is a Gallery of pictures CUSTOMERS have mailed in to the company.

If you believe them, then you should buy one before the dreaded Men In Black shut them down.
According to the Keshe forum it is a scam. They say they have proof but no proof is provided.
How can it be a scam? It doesn't even have wheels. Surely if it were a scam, it would at least have wheels.
@ Tomd000,
Please post the Link for that Keshe Forum.

Yet another scam? I find this hard to believe.
As TK said, it does not have wheels. Also, it is not claimed to run on water. But, it appears that you still have to plug it in.
Bill
I accept that is is probably a fake. BUT, it boggles my mind that "scam artists"
would have the technical knowledge to put so much Professional Looking Voltage
and Current METERING and CONTROL INTRICACY into the front panel like that.
One last thought: The petroleum industry is a Multi Trillion Dollar Industry. Therefore,
is it possible that the units are REAL, but agents for the petroleum industry are just
saying it's a fake???

You can always buy one to make sure the evil oil industry isn't deterring you from free energy. Just because they do things like post hundred year old patents on their website as though they are relevant, that shouldn't be a big red flag should it? And just because the box is large enough to hold several lead acid batteries that shouldn't make you suspect that it's just batteries in a box like GDS Technologies scam, should it?

They could just be cannibalizing an inverter or UPS. Keshse is always talking about plasma. Plasma is a highly excited form of matter. To get plasma here on earth we have to take and ionize atoms-then seperate the electrons and nuclei and insulate them from each other. But plasma production requires energy just like steam production. What it does do is leave exposed nuclei. Now let the electrons back in. There is no guarantee that all the electrons will settle into nice predictable orbitals without raising hell in the nucleus. A few of them may even be captured by a proton or two. Cu would become nickel-oxygen nitrogen-nitrogen carbon- etc. If the newly formed isotope is unstable it will boot the neutron which then decays to a free proton and electron-that combine to form hydrogen. The difference in mass between a proton and an electron is less than the mass of a neutron. The result is mass to energy conversion. Uranium is not the only thing that can be transmutated to heat up water.

Hello Sparks,
Where have you been? We haven't seen you here in about 3 or 4 years now.
In fact, it seems like the last time I saw your posts was when we were trying to
figure out how SM's TPU was configured. Lol
.
Payment for the generators can be via credit card or paypal. Paypal does offer buyer protection for goods that are not received or significantly not as described - https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#Schedule_1_PayPal_Seller_and_Buyer_Protection_Policies (https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full#Schedule_1_PayPal_Seller_and_Buyer_Protection_Policies)
Although if I intended to make a purchase of one of these generators I would make inquiries to paypal beforehand. Credit cards also offer a form of buyer protection. Some time ago I purchased an electrical appliance over the internet. However the company went bankrupt before it was shipped and the bank with which I held the credit card refunded the full purchase price.
everything old is new again.

Hi Fatbird,
Been working. Electro-mechanical stuff breaks alot so it keeps me busy. Beginning to think that alot of these devices including the tpu get some kind of low energy nuclear reactions going once in awhile. Intense electric fields a must. NASA researchers and Keshe work in the space travel field. It is exciting that NASA is making an " Edisonian" effort to develop reactors. As you accelerate an electron in an electric field it becomes more massive. These "heavy" electrons can start to raise havoc with the nucleus, They have even found all sorts of isotopes of mercury being produced in fluresent bulbs. In the linked article they mention the process happening in lightning events. This is not fully understood because the electric fields involved in lightning don't appear to be enough to disrupt the inter-atomic fields. Yet coincidentally I read an article about Gamma flashes preceding a lightning discharge in low level atmospheres. An indication that something nuclear is going on in the plasma channel production process. Hmmmmmmmmmm
