As a final idea which is the most efficient overunity system made from electronical parts only- exclude magnetic engines or others with moving parts.
I've been reading into FE for a couple months now, starting from zero.
Check out Tommey Reed's antenna-like aluminum plate on a pole. Good volts, low amps.
A bit like a windmill, a bigger one will catch more energy.
Earth batteries seem more complicated, but working well for those working on them.
In terms of circuits, I think there is not much true OU. Jule Thiefs seem nice on dead batteries. But then, when you're in batteries, something is under unity anyway :-)
If you want to have free electricity though, nothing beats wind and solar power. Opening the water locks kind of OU is cooler, but apparently quite hard to find.

Rosemary Ainslie's electronic heater/battery charger circuit has been claimed to get COP>17, that is, it is claimed to produce 17 times as much energy output as it is getting input from its battery. Included in this is the claim that it charges its own battery.
I don't know of any other electronic OU device that even comes close to this claim. Of course, there are devices like the Marks' TPU or Schwartz's ERR plates (or was it rods?) that seem to have no input at all and power banks of lights, electric drills and so forth, but nobody (except Harvey) has actually seen any of those up close, apparently.
Of course, opinions differ about the Ainslie circuit.
Try Dr. Stiffler's scalar transmitter/receiver experiment.

48 LED's at Vf of 3.1V and all are connected in series drawing 22.5mA. The system is driven by a new SEC Exciter design that has done away with coil L1. Power supply is 22.5V@30mA. Tuning by a variable cap and only one mode, works or don't work. By Dr. Stiffler
Good luck!
Thnks for help. I am wondering if Kapanadze system has no more output, anyway I am striving to find a list of its components or the sketch. Help is welcome.

you did a great job reading all FE !, you can make a resume of which OU method seemed to you most efficient, easy to manufacture and last criteria, cheap. Actually this is my goal, and can say until now I selected only Perendev OU and an impressive mechanical overunity able to deliver as much power as we want, but expensive.

Not really huh?
In a later video Tommey pointed the camera up, towards the power lines crossing over his property. So much for free energy...someone's paying! :-)
What was second in line again?
