You're really only showing the level of your ignorance with these kind of statements Wilby.  If you knew anything about the SEC you would realise that Stiffler could only get it to work using one specific type of transistor and most brands of the exact same transistor would not work.  In fact if you knew anything at all about Stiffler's SEC, you would know just how difficult it is to get it to work at all. Stiffler himself has had whole batches of the specific transistor that would not work, so 15 components or not, the cct is very temperamental.

But why am I even attempting to justify myself with a jerk-off like you - you're not worth the effort.

You don't really give a damn about IST or anyone else, or about the science - you just like an argument.  You bring nothing to the forum, you simply thrive on playing with words, pointlessly digging up and twisting things - anything in order to force an argument. wrong again. i have a couple, one is an original from stiffler, the rest i built. thus, i know how easy they are to get working as long as one simply follows directions. if YOU knew anything about stiffler's work you would know it has been done with different transistors, albeit the doc recommends using the specified transistor. and you still can't seem to get one working, LOL.
