In screening through the files offered here I definitively have the imperssion that these old,
trunktuated and uncomplete files are placed here by David Waggoner himself in order to
direct the attention of people to his website - a form of advertising campain. I might remember
you that this is a free energy-forum where people present full information or better dont
do it because they waste the valuable time of the forum-members.

The files are missing important details on polarity of magnets, or dimensions-data of
flywheel ( distance and position of holes etc )

If I am wrong on this, the "unknown" should fetch complete information about all subjects.
