Here is a useful test idea . Double blind testing will add more credence to these effects . First , the optical effect . The experimenter first needs a witness who can see this effect . First set up the apparatus , and have the witness confirm that he[she can see the optical effect[glimmer]. Now have the witness leave the room .Now unlock the device . [with the oxide device you can possibly unlock it with a burst of low voltage AC through the coil , but confirm this with compass tests ] Call back the witness . is the effect still there? Repeat the tests at least 20 times keeping a careful record as to wether the device is activated or not . Does the witness see the effect only when the device is energised? Repeat tests with several witnesses if possible . Use the same test protocol in tests with the laser and "feeling a pulse" .The purpose of this post is to add a bit of credence to what everyone admits is a subtil phenomena . I believe I see the optical effect on one video , but as I have only one working eye , I can not always believe what I see . Hoping someone will find the time to run these tests .

This thread is , in my opinion , one of the most important threads in the history of the forum . For the first time we have the possibility of a verifiable phenomenon unknown to classic physics . If physics can be wrong in one case , it can be wrong in others . Also it draws attention to the works of Leedskalnin . What other wonders may be revealed by trying to replicate his other experiments ? I would like to do some experiments myself , but first , I need answers to a couple of questions .
        First , in the iron oxide core type device , does anyone know a reliable way to unlock or de-energise the device? See my suggestion in last post .
        Second , has the glimmer and the laser effect been observed in the oxide core device only , or in the iron horseshoe -with-keeper type as well?

 i first started seeing the distortions when i was using a toroidal single junction PMH.....a piece of 1/2" re-bar bent into a circle with a 1/8" gap....david 

@david lambright .Hi David and thanks for your reply .Do not let the Naysayers get to you . Your discovery could well be as important as , say Xrays . I need to do some experiments of my own , but need a starting point . OK so you first observed the optical effect  with a re-bar PMH. Can you tell me
1 . length and diameter of rebar [approx]
2 . Approx wire size and number of turns of coil .
3. Power source and type of power supply . {eg 12 volt car battery etc]
OK that will get me started .
4 . In the case of the oxide core device , how do you check if it is energised or not ,and how do you de-energise it .
5 . In some videos , not necessarily yours , I have seen a compass needle spin when held near an energised PMH . The needle seems to slow and stop . The question is , has the PMH become de-energised at this point . If you cant answer this I will find out when I build my rebar PMH.

1...1/2"re-bar, about 12" diameter circle...the mating surfaces must be flat to each other with a 1/8" gap.....2..the wire is about 16 to 20 guage, about 50 turns, close to the gap...3...i used a 9.6 volt cordless drill battery but a car style 12 volt battery will work...just be careful!...the wire can get hot quick...4...with any of my devices, i energize it first one way, then reverse the battery and do it again...a compass will move to a different position each time.....when the compass reverses each time you reverse the battery....it is energized.....david
