what legal move, call the cops have him arrested for break and enter.
get a restraining order and call it a day.
if he was in your house you could run him off at gun point.

gotta be careful about pointing guns at people.You can shoot up at the ceiling and be threatening that way.Just holding a gun would do the trick for most people.triffid

Hold a gun straight up.Never point at a person unless you intend to pull the trigger.In texas I saw a man chase another one and he was carrying a rifle straight up in the air.He got his point across so the offender did not come back.They were both spanish but you get the idea.triffid
