I agree I like rocksalt better as ammo.Its cheaper.I think the added lights will help.I have a radio set up to play when I am gone.I try not to be gone at night for now.I don't know if the bullets were a warning but its clear to me they are not afraid of me yet.Or the st.Louis police.He was arrested at least once this year,maybe twice and I found a few letters from some low life lawyers wanting his business.Theft over $500 and creating a disturburce in public.I do not know where he is and I hope he stays away.
They thought they could take my dads house away from me and my family.They did for about 6 months.
They used lies,begging,stealing,conning people by

I feel more secure with a pellet gun than without it.I can at least make a loud racket with it.In the darkness it might scare them.I think I will make it ok.Just a couple more months here and it should be sold.

I have to put up with a helluva lot of people like you describe.  This part of town I live in has thousands like the people you deal with.

Force is about the only thing they know of, and then you still have to watch your back.

Well,I suppose with only the big banks and wall street companies being bailed out by congress and the little man left out.The criminal element is growing due to lack of hope,lack of jobs,and in my squatters case a delusional sense of entitlement to my dads house.They may not be the only ones with delusions of entitlement.After all we are a welfare state too.When you can have kids and get money for it.There will be those who will only have kids to get a check and food stamps.I have seen that all my life since I was 8 years old.
I have seen having a firearm just to protect myself a growing necessity.afterall the police cannot be here the second I need them and I cannot control a home invasion.I once had a mexican friend suggest I have a car wreck on purpose to get a new car.She was acting like I could have one and live to collect.Once I made the personal decision to get one my confidence returned and I started putting up more lights to burn all night.I am staying inside the house with curtains drawn.More lights outside the house.I am not looking for them(my squatters) They are coming back to this house to see if its vacant or not.
I once was a member of NRA and may rejoin .I liked working with rifles back then Once I get a handgun I will be working towards getting another gun, rifle most likely.
Taking action seems to be liberating to a point.Its better than sitting in the dark listening to every noise wondering what was that?  Not losing control of this house again is my my main concern right now.If they sneak in thur an unlocked door they are not robbers.If they break in they are.True If I start shooting people I will have problems.You have choices all your life.I choose to stay out of jail if I can.I do not want them back in my fathers house.He worked 30 years to pay off this house.And then two come here and help my stepmother get up and out of bed for two months before she dies.They hatched a plan to stay in this house

They told me and the rest of my family they needed three months to find another place.Since they helped my stepmother for two months I felt warm and fuzzy towards them until I saw the stealing start.Which was the last two days I was here.I spent three weeks with them in the house and had to return to texas at the end of those three weeks.I knew we were going to have problems with them before I left But I had no clue the house was going to be damaged like this.It was totally out of my experience.My brother let them into the house .My dad and mom gave him and my other brother power of attorney.I did not want to step on my brothers power of attorney.It was a poor judgment call on his part to let them in the house.It was a poor judgement call on my part to leave the house in Oct.I did see the stealing start.I wondered what I would find when I got back to this house.Boy I got my answer June 22th.Seven months later.
