Or maybe, does anyone know how to build one?  I have an older HP 8021B that puts out a nice square wave in the 5 to 100 kHz range, and an NPN mosfet or two.   The sig gen won't directly drive the mosfet, not enough power.  Can I use an LM386 audio chip?  What other components should I add to get a nice high power pulse DC signal to my concentric tube cell?

Any guidance or comments appreciated.

Look up some driver circuits for mosfets.  You can drive them with a transistor and drive the transistor with your generator.  Like amplifying the generator output.
