Well, maybe I should describe that better. Ill attach the pdf of the multi core inductor/transformer below. Ive posted it before, but who wants to go back and find it, when I gots it right here. ;]  Some people will make ya go find it. 

Imagine a toroid core with a primary on the one side and the secondary on the other. So instead, when winding the secondary, loop it through an additional core.

Or wind the toroid as a normal transformer, primary and secondary, and, get another toroid core and wind on it, the same number of turns as the secondary winding. Now add that in series with the secondary. Will work the same either way.

In the typical transformer, when we load the secondary, the primary inductance decreases, allowing more primary current to flow.

When we add the new core, new magnetic circuit, to the secondary, when we load it, the primary inductance actually increases, causing the primary current to be lower than idle current. 
Also, if we operate the primary at resonance, loading the secondary wont kill the oscillation. So we can tap that oscillation very efficiently to keep it going, as compared to driving a typical transformer as usual.

It is possible that this was Tesla's use for the "extra coil", to allow taking power from a secondary, without spoiling the resonant state of his primaries. 

As for a self increasing oscillation, Im just thinking that it may exist, from some things that Tito has said, and in Utkins document(below also), where it seemed to inform us of the need for a spark gap specifically for regulation. And it even explains some things about getting the self rising oscillation. (secret 1  Utkin pdf)

Ive had a lot less time to be on the bench. But im working on these ideas individually to get a feel for them, and hopefully when I put it all together, we see some good stuff.  ;]

In the Utkin doc, it describes the coil configuration like they are using in the latest Kapanadze circuit. Below is a cut and past of the coil from the Kap thread as of late.
Notice the blue winding, center tapped and each half is wound in opposite directions.

Gotoluc had a self oscillating toroid, where one half of the core was wound in one direction and opposite on the other.
So there has to be something to it. Too many similarities.

And Stiveps trumpet wave form?  Is that blue coil self building its oscillation?
