LOL...more buffoonery from a liar.  Fig.7 in that patent only shows you how to steal electricity from the grid which is why Tito speaks in childish riddles that have you all running around in circle.  Ahhh...the illusion of 'helping' when you are in fact confusing the masses more and more. 
I have said this before and I will say it again.  Wake up!!  Tesla ALWAYS ran his experiments on grid power...NEVER once did he have a self running supply in either large or small scale.  He ran them at night in Colorado Springs so as to not disrupt the town power supply.  Does this sound like a man who had an abundance of energy??  LMFAO

You always need a small oscillation to draw from because energy is neither destroyed or created only TRANSFORMED.  Is Tesla tech efficient??  YES!!  Much more efficient than todays rubbish motors but NOT more than 100%. 
Steven Mark a known liar, admitted to having batteries in his device...it was not OU...just a highly efficient transformer.  When you run at high efficiency you can make it appear like it is OU...have a look at Kapanadze videos with undeluded eyes.  In all of them he still plugs a cord into the mains power supply or has a big battery bank.

Wesley shouting at Kapanadze thread "I have OU...I have OU" months back.  LMAO.  I posted and said the schematic is NOT OU and was harangued for it as though I shall crush your silly dreams.  Now months later and a few more hundred pages they are still running around in circles with absolutely no understanding of the basic Tesla principles.  Holding in their hands half glowing lightbulbs  and meanwhile pumping 15 watts into a string of coils through signal generators.  Oh my...the eyes only see what they want!!!!    I have a crappy $20.00 inverter that is more efficient than that!

Tito is a liar and fool.  He first hides what isnt his and then pretends to have more than what he does only so he can continue to steal from the grid.  THAT is his OU.

Here's what I'm thinking -- Tito mentioned the importance of the first kick. From what I see in SM's videos, he's accelerating the magnetic current (MC) in his device with a magnet. I assume this is to get enough MC passing over a perpendicularly wound coil (and secondary?) to induce a charge to load up a cap. As I said in another post, would it be possible that the cap would discharge into a new coil with a secondary and into another cap - coil - secondary in cascading fashion, and finally to an AV plug to a resistive load?

Mags, bearing in mind your thoughts about primary oscillation, would it be posible that the cascading discharge of caps into coils, might find its own rate of oscillation? What if variable caps were used, so that the apparatus could be tuned to resonant frequency?  I understand what you mean about winding the secondary also to a second coil. I just have to get my head around how it fits with my own thinking about cascading discharges from caps into coils.

Sorry for going on. I'm kind of brainstorming out loud, and will get back to the bench in the next few days.
