Hi one_christian_warrior,
If you say this is possible why not give the specs, pictures or videos of your wheel chair to prove, (not beeing sarcastic) but i doubt it, because electric wheelchairs are not designed as overunity machines, surely the battery will deplete, unless you have an ambient extraction process on board like Ismael aviso, i think only RV's are capable of this...

let say we have a awg#14 wire as core and a awg#22 then make the awg#22 a bipilar and perpendicular to the awg#14.

The source is AA batery, then pulse it and check the energy created in awg#14.

note: add some magnets in top and end of the core.

note: there are some minor and major connection here but they are self explanatory and easy to discover ok?, be patience.

ooooops: i forgot, there should be an extended wire of atleast awg#8 connected in the awg#22 to do the magic.
