I exspect a lever/hedge factor 37 between bank account virtual units and cash=money unit !

37 x first credit -consumer-step = multiplicated with 0,3
      x second credit -economy-step economy=multiplicated with 0,3
      x third credit -estate-step= multiplicated with 0,3
=1    rest -real- value

I am waiting since 1984 for the global debit hair-cut but not 90% I think about 36 hair-cut units: from each 37 !
