ETA (after another hour or so glitch)....even stranger, I'll be looking at the site, go to refresh a page or to another thread, and I get a "site not found" error from my ISP, as if the name server couldn't resolve the address. I can still load other sites so I know it's not the ISP. This started happening a couple of days ago about the same time as the User 12345 thing.

Yeah. It seems to last 10min up to 30 min here.

Seems to happen more when hitting the post button for starters.

I find that I have to un-notify a thread and then re-engage the notify function constantly, or I do not get notified of new posts on selected threads.

Yep. Since it mostly happens when hitting the post button, it shows the message, then I click back to the post page with my post still there. When the site works again, I have to copy, go back to the thread or quote and past for the post button to work.
