Let say for example, a magnet is placed at the bottom of a paper with a black sand on top of paper then you will notice that every black sand will arranged their selves and fall in line instantly from everywhere. something like that. 


Well, the big question there is how to fool the arranged electron?. and there the pulse is needed to make and transfer their  direction of them into different door ok?.


The process is continuous arranging of electron and continuous changing the direction of the large amount of electron. and that is naturally truth and i believe everyone agree with that ok?

I believe Teets did say at one point that his setup involved caps, coils, diodes and magnet(s).
Pulse:  cap discharging?
