Well it depends on what he hits the tree with. lets say if he hits it with a fully fueled jetliner? 
Oh yeah i remember mathematical probability! Isn't that what predicted that nothing that occures during launch will effect re-entry? Like some foam knocking enough heat tiles off of shuttle columbia to make it disintigrate over texas upon re-entry?? tell 7 souls and their loved ones that mathematical probabilities ended their lifes.

What's the probability of a mathematical probability causing 7 lifes to be lost??
