   The magnetic energy that's coming off the switching induction crt, through the yoke or toroid is filtered and further amplified by the use of the right capacitor(s).  Allowing in extra energy from the ambient surrounding the device, rectifying it, dropping it to useful levels, and returning it to the input.  That's how it see it. 
The tuning is what has not been replicated, as yet.

My last attack point for nanosecond pulse will be the choke leading to the center tap of toroid/yoke.

Yes very similair to the RMG, but yet as we know RMG draws to much amps at 12 or 24 volts, or even 36 Volts of which I tested
some time ago.
But this way with kacher to radiat Energy inside grenade coil is what we need and did a minor test when using rectifier bridge to
charge my 0.33 630V poly cap. (DC) non polar and charges it quickly and alot of spark when shorting it. It draws so little amps
from battery of PSU

The nanosecond or Frequency generator with one transistor or mosfet is in series with the ouput of the grenade coil and the cap/resistor to pulse the bit of energy that kacher is giving to the grenade and use to keep the capacitor charged full time.
It's amazing when we can understand this , it's actualy simple, Gonna realy give a try on this.
And yes, the tuning will be the challenging part.

Hey, the vid was just to show a small example on how these caps can be charged, but doing this for us all here if someone does not
understand what is going on . It's learning material of basic-ness.
But for what I see is that this is a awesome approach for free energy. Actualy very simple I might say. but the tuning is necessary for sure.

That vid you posted is a perfect expample of Impulse to charge these caps to full charge or under a few seconds of use. !
now combine the knowledge and apply on the drawn schematic of Meno as how Ruslan discribed and drew his schem.
Fast charging is the way, and High voltage likes and needs the ground ,  gets more radiant energy from ground.
