For the casimir effect (if that is what you want to utilize) the distance must be very small, which you may achieve with a printed coil, or a coil that was applied by galvanic electroplating, using eg. a Wax spiral for the spiral to seperate the windings. Although then you must be able to remove the wax without to destroy the coil, maybe not too easy. Maybe you can use Leaf Gold, that is extremly thin, nicely conductive, noncorroding and relatively cheap, although fragile. Probably you could get a coil from a sheet of leaf gold by applying a spiral pattern with aqua regia.
