The magnetic current not being affected by water has been shown by Igor Moroz several times before and is nothing new. Even by single wire connection from an induction cooker circuit to the bulbs,  So, no big deal.
Nor free energy.
   But I like non dangerous  aspect of that type of current. Same as the output from the Mazilli zvs driver to the TV yoke that I had made, after Geo's "Resonant Magnetic Generator". The RMG circuit.
   Non shocking electricity, safe current power source. But, no OU. It can also be be very efficient, 
and non demonic, I hope. As demons are as hard to see, as OU.

Interesting story indeed.Only yesterday i was just reading a old Times magazines(June or July 2017 Edition) in a dessert cafe.

I have never tried 30..32kv tesla\kacher coil and high humidity around 72%RDH in my tropical country which does cause hv along with static charge to dimished over here.

Attempted and failed over here even with the knowledge of harmonics,sub-harmonics and it's strange relationship.

  It should not have to take 32.000v. Too high a voltage will arc over and burn some things out.  5KV be able should do it.

Hi EHT problem ?  If the katcher is suppose to attract positive ions how dose the aerial of the catcher do that as it is fluctuating between zero Earth potential and 3 of 4 kv ?  wont it cancel out ? shouldn't it perhaps be more static than that ?

You can prove this yourself just hold a neon by it both electrodes emit light (ionization),  =How come some setups use an old TV line output device with a built in rectifier ?
