Hi,  if you find the pics for the construction of this,  please post them,,, I found a sketch of this, but still not sure how put it up together.
I just bought my materials today, and I am waitng for construction pictures...
Hope this helps

Hey, from my reading. This is what I've come up with. Someone let me know if I'm wrong.

Check out the attached pic.....

Parts neeeded:
2 Stainless steel threaded rods
Stainless steel sauce cups (2.5 ounce)
Stainless steel nuts (match size of rods, ie- 5/16)
Stainless steel washers
Plastic washers
Plastic spacers
Stainless steel tubing

1. Start off my drilling 2 different size holes in each cup. One just large enough to fit the rod through, and the other larger so that the rod doesnt touch the cup in that hole. Make sure to leave adequate room for your washers.
2. Put 2 nuts at the bottom of the rods with 1 plastic washer on one rod and 1 stainless steel washer on the other. Then put your first cup onto the rods resting it on the washers and nuts at the bottom. (make sure the large hole is on the plastic washer)
3. Then place another washer on each rod (the same as the one at the bottom). Then stainless steel nut, then nylon plastic spacer, then stainless steel nut.
4. At this point you would switch the washers on the rods. Put a plastic washer on the rod you just put the stainless steel washer on and vice versa for the other rod. Then place your next cup on the rods. (making sure  the large hole is on the plastic washer)
5. Continue this configuration for the rest of the stack. This is how you get your + - + - +.
6. After adding your last cup, leave a gap between the the stainless steel nut that holds it down and then add 3 more stainless steel nuts (as shown in the picture). Leave some thread above the last nut, as this is where you will push the stainless steel tubing down onto.

I'm not that versed on electrical currents and continuity, there may need to be a neutral cup. So if I'm wrong on anything here, please let me know!

Thanks, hope this helps!

Ok now what about a regulator or PWM to stop the excessive drain.

This is the pwm i use in my hho setup. I bought it here http://www.extremehho.com . I have noticed the excessive heat at the terminals is now gone and it can finally control it. The built in amp gauge is what sold me on this one.
My next step is to hook up a temp gauge for my cell and i also plan on buying a Scangauge II.
