Mini Testatika built by combining two plans...?

Hi everyone,

On the Tesla Technology > Energy Amplification Forum, Tito L. Oracion has posted a relatively symetrical circuit which outputs 120 VAC @ 60 Hz while being powered by DC.

A variation Bedini's Patent #6,545,444 could be added to this as a power source to create a simpler, less costly type of Testatika?

In a subsequent reply, the thread starter recommended replacing the transistor with a Darlington pair for additional current capacity. 

L3 may not be needed, but if it was large compared to L1 & l2, then back EMF could burn out the transistor base on L1 through the steel/iron core.  In that case, a diode between the electrically positive side of the base and the bottom of L1 to the bottom of L3 would unload the transistor base and direct back EMF to L3.  The same holds true for L2.  This idea was remembered from another thread on Overunity.com, but I forgot where it was.  I just agree with the idea and recommend it.

@everyone reading this:

If the reader examines the full Testatika circuit in my opening post, he or she would see an omminion in the schematic pertaining to the "Reed Switch Amp" on the other side of "ml1".  "Ml1" has a negative lead wire leaving it and connected to ml2, which itself could be anything.  The questions are:
1) What the physical connection between the "Reed Switch Amp" and the rest of the circuit?  What's its purpose?  Does it have a positive wire connection somewhere or otherwise more wires leaving it?
2) What does Ml2 do?  What is it?
3) Finally, is anyone trying to replicate Testatika with modern electrical/electronics parts?  To try and answer, this I'll be looking more at the Testatika forum and others as well if I think it would help answer the question.
