Practical Method for Production of Water Fuel with Piezoelectric

Whoo!  So after a full weekend, I made an atomizing chamber out of a red gasoline tank.  I used a soldering iron to melt a hole in the side of the can for the pizeo's wire to go out of.  Used Epoxy to keep the pizeo stuck on one side of the tank.  Melted another hole in the side of the can with fuel-line hose to connect to th intake manifold for gas out.  Used epoxy to make all of the "holes" I had made in the can waterproof.  I can connect a little computer fan to where you would usually pour gas out of to blow air into the can, and push out the atomized fuel.

Filled it with water after the epoxy dried to be just above the "optimal level" -- I played with water levels over the pond fogger until I found one that produced some pretty good water-fog that was still a reasonable distance away from the fogger/water sensor.  I don't know if the "sensor" part of the foggger would holdup against gasoline -- so I needed the water-buffer in between the gas and water.

I marked that with a sharpie so I could easily see it and refill it to that level.

And it works.  It "atomizes" fuel to be very finely suspended in the air.  This was shown to be a viable way to atomize fuel in the sultek video posted a while back.  Very cool.

I can hook up this tube to the intake manifold, and it runs.  The speed that you blow/have the fan on dictates how rich the mixture is for now.  This is just the first make -- I plan on making it better by adding valves to the gas output, and using the secondary mister and a large Tupperware.

Further ideas:
If I can put valves on both foggers, and then make a junction between the two misters before they go into the intake manifold.  The atomizer uses very little gasoline.  Using the valves, I should be able to roughly modify the fuel/water mixture.

Even before my pizeo's of the proper frequency come in, I should be able to make the engine.

I'll post drawings, and pictures of the setup when the sun comes out. 

The good news is, it works, and the engine runs, and it runs on the atomized fuel, no problem.  I'll be testing efficiencies of the atomizer vs. Carburetor soon. (which lets the engine run for longer might be a good test)  This would let me know how much I can improve it from original efficiencies, and how much water/fuel mixture I can put in for it to still be able to work without noticing a difference.

Then, I can test water/HHO mixtures -- and be able to "lean down" the gasoline mixtures, hopefully to zero.  I beleive this is possible, and is my goal.  I hope to be able to tune the setup by building in a sort of "learn/modify as I go along" approach.

This is amazing, and looks very promising.  I am sincerely grateful information so far.

I now have in my possession three batteries.  I found an old scrapped battery in an odd synchronicity.  Is there anything else I should try to get beforehand for the Lead-battery procedure?

I don't mean to be a damper, but I don't quite see the connection between this, and the HHO production.  Can you please clairify if it is related?

Great job, observe well and Nature will reveal all there is to know.

I hope everyone has made an effortt to read the suggested books to gain a true understanding of electrical waves. There are many ways to do this project, very simple coils can be build wit common materials, you can control your frequency in many different ways, they are very simple, really!.

The leaf is a discrete electrolysis method using well known element polarity properties. PEM is done real cheap with common elements, do not believe the hype that you need expensive noble elements. There are lots of publications already covering this field, the Russians had  many great findings both in PEM and Sonochemistry, Sonofusion. Study your elements and their electrical properties. Nature works hard to keep our balance, in this method, you would have to alloy elements to obtain desired property. As Tesla had said, matter does not contain energy, energy comes only from the enviroment where it is abundant. Keeley had done a fine job describing Matter and Force.

The Sun provides us with abundant amount of energy daily. These are all waves, many wave lengths. Nature does produce HHO daily, enormous  amount of HHO. This may not be practical for closed loop automotive use but one can make some space and you can produce all of the HHO that you may ever need just by using natural crystals, quartz etc, you just have to size your crystals proportional to the wave that you wish to harvest. By alloying or doping crystals with other elements, you increase the effeciency of the crystals

Man creates artificial obstacles that nature breaks down with atomic decay, but if you create according to Nature's defined pathways, you will allow the force of Nature of oscillating waves to do useful work that we call energy instead of decaying unorganized structures tthat Man loves to create. What is the size of the waves?. Size your collector accordingly, use known geometries to govern waves. That is how you harvest energy with PbS.

If you understand Nature, hopefully you are starting to do so, you will see that everything is abundant. That is why we are all Equal, all of the wealth that Man desires is right in front of him, but One that can See will find it very silly to care for such nonesense and worthless things.

The only thing of Value is life it self, and perhaps the Stone but a Man that can See will grow tired of it soon.

For what it's worth, crystals is Nature's designed circuit to generate/ harvest waves.  There is nothing else that you need to do, Nature does the work for you. What is in a Leaf, Lattice, this is biological lattice of tuned crystals.

You are the creator, you can create anything according to your liking.
