If people like Tom bother you, not sure why you post it in a thread where I am posting an idea I have for my own invention.
The reality is, someone posting a possible invention puts themzelf at risk of someone else trying to claim they helped invent and should also have rights to the patent.
This is one of the reasons I said that if other people build my design, the patent rights would go to charity. A simple way to keep greed out of it.

I do NOT, and NEVER have believed in patents.  They are not worth the money, and from what my attorneys have told me...you have to be able to defend EVERY challenge, the average of which is 1 million dollars...and, if you can only defend one challenge, and not three....you just gave up your patent.  The best way is to have an idea...build it...and go from there.
