Kind of makes me wish I never attended church or read the Bible. But Alan has posted previously he does not believe I should be allowed to be responsible for myself.
Of course, in a thread Ralph Lortie started soliciting build ideas as he wished to prove Broli wrong about him was when I first suggested donating any invention to charity. And why would I have done so ? Without any written legal agreement in place, anyone posting in the thread would have a claim to the invention and as such would have the right to sue for what they believe their contribution was worth. And with people like Christo/AB Hammer, I believe they would be willing to sue. this would mean that the courts could freeze any money to be made for many years as things work through the courts. In the mean time, the lawyers would be making all of the money.
And it would be like AB Hammer/Christo to turn something like that into something like they are Jesus and are taking over the work and taking credit for it.
Also, while it would make some money, fighting over it could make it worth little and the stress it could bring into people's lives might not be worth any financial gain.
That is the reality and yes, I do believe Chris Wells to be Alan Bauldree. While it is also possible he just like Alan and wants credit because he has that big of an ego. Watch American Greed, there are a lot of scam artists out there trying what ever they can to make a buck. What I find funny is someone coming into a forum like this and using the screen name Christ.
As such, I will be mailing the patent paper today. It costs only $110.00 for a provisional patent. As such, while I have opened this idea, I will close it by completing the design.
The 2 levers that are @ a right angle will use leverage to lift the pendulum's weight higher than the tilting of the cross beam would allow. This will allow it to swing ina state of perpetuality by stopping the pendulum's weight in it's inner position and holding it until it is lifted.
The lever doing the leveraging will be on a pin that has 2 flat sides. When sufficient rotation occurs, the leveraging lever can slide downwards ( to the right ) releasing the pendulum's weight.
The reason the pendulum's weight can be lifted using leverage is that the counter balance weight could have in the axample shown 2 1/2 times more force. As shown, 25% of this force would be used to tilt the cross beam lift the fulcrum and the pendulum's weight. This would leave 75% of the force of which some can be used by the leveraging lever to increase the potential of the pendulum's weight while still allowing the counter balance to be the greater force.
And to think, my brother Harold wondered why I spent my evenings studying math. Of course, he would also say I helped him when he needed it ebcause of possibly what I learned in church. My family did not attend, but my friend's family did. And one thing I remember reading in the Bible is the parable of the shifting sand. With my hearing loss, math was the foundation that helped me. And for the amount of work I have put into everything, some times the lazy ones like Chris (not Cristo) and Alan miss the point of, things quit being about money but about trying to have a decent life where you (me, I) don't have to worry about people like them making my life difficult. But since they are lazy minded people, they don't have a clue about what respect is. This is one reason why Chris (a.k.a. AB Hammer ?) would say they are Bessler reincarnated. And to me, that is sad.

Cristo4_99 is just another person you are arguing with. You are the one who has had so many sign-ins it seems we would almost need a calculator to add them up. You must still blame me for your many banned names from other sights for your actions not mine.

And what have I shown ? A very workable concept where I am willing to work with others.
Of course, I do have the Bessler. So I guess I do believe I do deserve some credit for my work.
That could be one issue Protech has.
But then, you and chris want recognition without contributing anything.

had someone tell me once they like alan because he is entertaining and no one in here believes it is possible.
what I think is funny is that alan thinks they think he is smart when they dont really care.
got Bessler to work on and will take my time.

What are your last words ? what you want. It really hasn't mattered to you the medical problems I've been dealing with.
Math is an important tool in understanding how overunity works. Ideals are worthless unless there is the knowledge available to engineer them.
Protech could build Tom's pendulum easily. No reason he should want to.
And Alan, I don't like you and it is personal. You've always disliked the way I use math to understand what I'm doing. Not sure if I'll build Bessler's wheel. Any more it is a stupid joke. Look at besslerwheel dot com where you're a highly respected person. And for what ? Participating in a forum where rlortie who finances it openly posts "why try, it's been 300 years". And he's #1 on the credible list.
You did do what you could to discredit the design I've been pursuing. Your posts are still there. But who knows, maybe you can talk to Protech and maybe you and him can help with Tom's idea. It's one that is easy enough to test the lift by opening the scissors, then step by step work through it. After all, you're a metal smith, so maybe you guys can show off your skills a little by working together.

Tell the truth Jim. You had Stefan delete your old account to hide your harassment of myself and your incompetency. Not to mention all the readers have to do is look up my strings and see I have posted way more than you here. You keep complaining about your cancer, that has not killed you and I am not complaining about my disabilities for they have no place here. I guess mine don't count in your world either (does it.) You need to quit using your cancer history as a crutch. Get over it, or you will make your life more miserable.
