One trick would be to connect the output of the and gate pin 8 into pin 3 of the UCC27321 and feed the
1.5mhz or your 2mhz locked frequency to the push-pull into pin 2 that might well fix that part,
then the UCCxxxx would do the gating of the modulation.

Thank you guys for going in to a deeper look in relation with the electrolytics. But as it looks, in reality this is our least problem when it comes to OU. The main problem is the lack of a solid based theory of cource. Even if someone is right, it is so difficult to discriminate between importance and uselessness among so many different opinions without personal involvement.

I am still trying different things in my Maxim/Aliev replication attempt. Nothing out of the ordinary until now. I can light some bulbs connected in line with the earth ground but everything is being paid at the input. Anyway, still in progress.

Hi Sergy.
Always nice to read Tesla's words and ideas. In general I have the impression that the most of the guys here already know about cosmic rays/free charges and the need for making a charge pump to collect them.
