Yes, another phenomenon occurred a few years back regarding a small toroid w/ resistor and LEDs.  I placed the toroid over a piece of steel rebar (part of the houses concrete foundation) that was connected to the same 10 meter ground line from the same battery/inverter powered SSTC.

The leds lit up brightly when the SSTC was running, so I connected an incandescent light bulb in series with the same re-bar and ground line from the SSTC.
The bulb lit up brightly also.

I have been trying to wrap my head around how an irregular mass of steel imbedded in concrete can have a wave-length in relation to any given frequency??
As some type of reactance would be needed in order to displace the ground potential and create a anti-node directly on the steel re-bar itself.
I really need to follow up on these experiments to find the actual cause of this phenomenon.

   Guys:   Here's another video that I just uploaded. Showing the voltage readings on the ground line.
   This time using 2 12v batteries, and a plastic air core torroid, with the same resistor as in the last video.
   Turning on the induction circuit shows a reading of 3.2MHz on the ground line, as with the other straight coil that I had shown previously. The kacher is running at it's best frequency response point, in this case, at 1.19MHz, or so. When I turn on both the Kacher and the induction circuit, the voltage on the grenade output as shown on the scope jumps much higher. Yet, the output at the 75w bulb, does not show much change. And the feed back circuit is barely on. I do have the duty cycle turned down, on this test. As to not to blow anything, with such high voltages at the output.
