Sounds very similar to Kapanadze's device.
May also explain why his device cannot run for too long, as it would overheat the pump which under normal operating conditions would be cooled by water.

it's a vibrating Water pump guess work notice though he uses a caduceus coil now that is interesting.

  Maybe connected to the other fake components hidden or shown inside the glass case?  We are not going to figure out how TK's devices work, by looking at blurry videos. He may not be too good at electronics, but, he made sure no one could figure out what is going on, with any of his devices. That is where he excels.
   Not all water pumps need to be cooled by the water that they pump. Don't know about the vibrator types, just the one my girl friends used.

On the subject of vibrators, I'm currently repairing / modifying a number of vintage camera flash gun controllers and have pulled out a few of the elecro-mechanical vibrators like Grumage showed recently that were used to DC pulse transformer primary windings to produce HV on the secondary windings. That's what made me wonder whether TK had modified the vibrating water pump as a much more powerful version of these. Just food for thought Nick.

I have attached  image base on my circuit layout.This is based on AKula circuit with 4017 in block diagram but i suspect need to follow old circuit diagram if i need to see usable voltage at output if i am using mere 12volts .


This circuit is a mix of old and new circuit of Akula.


This is just 1st actual trial test.But unexpected trumpet waveform produced looks interesting.

Hi there I understand what you are trying to do, but you might have a problem see timing diagram it's been on a few threads now, see what you think.
Notice the dead time between up part of pp and down pp! resulting in 4 parts not 2
