In greyed out text this circuit diagram is claiming to be from Alexey Sergeew (another guy with thousands of miles away from Riga).


What caught my attention there was the second Tesla coil pumping to the ground which was never shown in any of videos. The diagram claims it need to work on slight frequency  difference (20khz higher as example) with 10-20 meters distance of wet Earth between grounding of receiving grenade coil with it's Tesla coil. The difference of frequency between Tesla on grenade is the frequency grenade coil is tuned on LC/wavelength resonances.


Well, as nobody here tried this way only can guess what may happen. Perhaps that is a missing component all the time?


And from claims on Dniester device about secondary Tesla coil in other room this claim on secondary transmitting Tesla coil may be gaining some weight to actually try experiment on?

And 2 more things I noticed in photo.

He is tunning to the resonance frequency of the ground.
And only 1 wire is connected to bridge rectifier from the output grenade and other side of bridge he is connecting to ground

Yes, in that circuit diagram the receiving Tesla coil is tied over same output coil and capacitor to the ground. Which is for FM with high frequency carrier wave.

In beginning of video showing self-resonant frequency of coil with floating end and ground connection over mains then with 2nd ground connection to water pipe.
Then knowing which frequency is to the ground adjusting whole circuitry to work in resonance with it.
