So who is   the faker?

Wesley. I noticed this discrepancy between the two videos and the missing wire a while back. This is what makes it so difficult to know who is telling the truth and who is the "faker"! This is why I was asking questions, but it seems we will never know the answer.

Have you tried translating the subtitles into English and digesting what he has to say ?

 Definitely, Sergei Panov shows  two different  facts excluding each other.
So such  evidence  can't serve  as of Ruslan Kalabuhov dishonesty, tricks,criminal activity and so on.
Ruslan Kalabuhov is  in my opinion  not guilty of  all  of these  accusations.

I was listening to  Ruslan Kalabuhov streams  this year  and  I  was  very disappointed with  his level of
understanding  physics  or basic phenomena  taking place there.
However this is not important as Tariel Kapanadze  was  also flying very low.
It is not important  how smart, how good, how talented you are ...
But how lucky  you are  to build something not being  good in it at all.

Example:
Physicists  fallow logical connection of their knowledge, practical  experience and they make less mistakes.
People with no experience  sometimes go where physicists would never go .
And that is what Kapanadze did.
He gained basic skills while experimenting based on real time observation.   
Scientist  calculates, and predicts, tests simulation and  often gives up as his data base is his foundation
- His action is not always triggered by  the real immediate observation.
- Experimenter has no choice.. so often he  goes blindly all around, ...and often he succeeds

I got credible information about Russian scientists who were  in contact with Kapanadze in  90ties. They  disappeared  one day without  the  trace.
There is no information who  was responsible for  that .. Russian FSB or Tariel.
Some time after that Tariel   presented his first device.
But  we also can't  say that these old Russian scientist didn't steal the knowledge  from someone else .
In my opinion, lie, corruption, theft,  is more common in Russia than Russian Vodka, and alcoholism is there  just everywhere around.

Often Russian scientists,  have been  in Russian-Soviet concentration lager  (Konzentrationslager,) ,  for most of their life time and at some point
The KGB-1954  (Cheka, OGPU, NKGB, NKVD and MGB)  approached some  of them with an offer to go  to another prison

In 2011 it was my time  Some Russians made  an attempt to terminate me  but I'm still here,
Tariel Kapanadze after  that was unconscious for 3 days.  but he ate only 1 or 2 spoons...

Wesley, After some careful consideration of what you and others on this forum have been saying, I agree with the thought that Ruslan Kalabuhov did have a working device. Ruslan seems to try and explain how the device works in his videos. I also believe that not following traditional electrical teachings and using experimental research and out of the box thinking can lead some "garage" experimenters to a working device.
