Ruslan and his 10h video said everything that is important in 10min. I have all of his recordings, but it's a waste of time to listen.
He talks about the ether vacuum and how to make this vacuum. I personally did it, and I didn't know anything he was talking about.
Maybe I don't understand what is likely.
Wesley, If you have someone who can help with what we do, it will be kind of you. What do we need ?
We definitely need to understand where this extra energy is coming from for this device.
Recently, on the Russian forum, someone mentioned that Kapanadze uses gas.
I know it has already been discussed, but maybe someone knows something more.
We also have a proposal that it is ionization and from the Gerson P patent that it is MUON.
What is the truth?

You can reverse search the photos to find the source of possible.

I believe Ruslan device works on different theory.
Not same like resonance .in some of his device we don't see capacitor for resonance

How can it be explained that the amperage increases from the moment of starting by 30s to 8A?

The device operates at high frequencies and is lightweight so it doesn't have a large iron core.
