For small cheap devices like the Akula 3W Flashlight or the Lari-Man Objekt13 or such, you build a few units, video them working in your lab, then box them up and send them off to honest people like Stefan Hartmann, verpies, MarkE or "forest" for testing and evaluation, or to any of several different labs that are interested in this type of thing, like ETI or HCS. For larger units like the alleged 4kW unit or the "aquarium", you take it to your local technical university, set it up in the electrical engineering laboratory and let a class of EE grad students do whatever they like to it while you go have lunch. Or, for larger stationary units or units that are claimed to be precisely "geographically tuned" you have the grad students come to you.

(If the claimant is trying to hide something or protect intellectual property, what are they doing making any claims or demonstrations in public, on YT or forums, anyway? They should work in secret, get fully lawyered up and connected to heavy industry, before revealing anything. Or they might find themselves suppressed.... right?)

No YT video alone will be completely convincing, these days.

TK, Hoppy;  So how come Henry Moray managed to do it with an Aerial (static collector) and an Earth ? The key must be imitating how nature works, Note both Texas and Florida both operate Reportedly Marshal Law, and generating Solar power and using it will get  you slung into a  detention center for your efforts, Reportedly from the world news, so what does that tell you ?

There is no proof anywhere that Moray actually did what is claimed for him. Just anecdotes and old newspaper articles.

As far as the rest... I can assure you that neither Texas nor Florida is "operating Marshal Law", or even Martial Law. And here are some websites that you might want to look at before you make your assertions about getting slung into a detention center for using Solar power.

Not unlike man landing on the Moon or rovers on Mars or gold in Fort Knox and all we have are anecdotes and pictures however obviously this does not mean it is not true. Which begs the question what is proof and what is truth when we ourselves have no real proof in hand for many of the things we say we believe. My greatest insight was when I saw an unidentified flying object for myself with another witness and knew it as a fact at which point it became apparent that it was not me who was delusional but the other 95% of you who have never seen the phenomena for yourself first hand. More or less people believing something does not make it any more or less real only real facts we can prove for ourselves do.

In fact I would go so far as to say we have very little if any tangible proof in hand for many of the things we say we believe. You say electrons are moving in your wire then show me your electrons, not some picture in a book or lecture because that is not real tangible proof of anything. Show me your electrons or I must assume your are making false claims you cannot possibly substantiate and it cannot be true. You see it works both ways and we take a great deal on faith that those people and things we believe in are the whole truth.

The problem I see with this line of thought is that it takes us back to the dark ages where we are the center of the universe. You wasted twenty years so does this mean everyone else is wasting there time?. does it mean because you did not succeed nobody can ever succeed?... I hope you can appreciate how absurd this sounds. You see the aguement is absolutely ridiculous because it relies on the false assumption that nobody anywhere could possibly do better than you can. It would seem to me much of this naysaying has more to do with egotism than facts because we have very few real facts either way.
