He provided an email address for a reason - he wants you to email him so he has your email address (email him and your address goes on a list, once the list is big enough its worth something to someone, spammers typically) and sells the lists so it seems.

Pop his email address into google: seabirdmarine@gmail.com
Or 'sea bird marine at gmail dot com'.

Here are a few links to his exploits such as offering to sell people's email addresses for $10, weight loss scams, earn money online schemes etc etc

Well, lets say we have 4 rings, set up as if the magnets could be going through them. The magnets can be mounted in a floating ring instead of a wheel, and the magnet ring suspended by stationary wheels that are between each of the stationary rings. So this part of it is possible, whether he has it that way or not.
