US Air Force Prepares to Dismantle HAARP

For certain ionospheric manipulations the HAARP Facility at
Gakona, Alaska is no longer needed.  It has been very
useful for determining what is possible within the realm
of weather/climate control in conjunction with the
Persistent Contrail Program.

Other means of accomplishing what HAARP is able to
do have been employed.  Satellite beams are much
more precise and are able to trigger well controlled
local events such as lightning strikes, wind shear,
tornadoes and torrential downpours of precipitation
in addition to "steering" weather systems.

That's what I thought too. The only reason that such a facility would be closed is if there is something bigger,  more powerful and much more secret tucked away somewhere that can do the same jobs, only better.

Or it just didn't work out like they thought, was too expensive and sucked up too much power to be kept going.

You may be interested in the idea that advanced weather control is now the province of butterfly sized drones coordinated by massive supercomputers that are capable of modeling and manipulating our hugely chaotic weather systems.  You might suppose that bee kill-off was a necessary step to reduce uncontrolled interference.  You might suppose that inducing drought and severe weather scares the population into accepting carbon taxes and giant desalination plants that benefit the super wealthy PTB.   You might consider that supplying water through these new desalination plants will give the PTB even more convenient ways to manage the population down to target levels than planes spreading chemicals.

Aye, those are all very definite possibilities.

TPTB who pull the strings (The Hidden Hand) have
thought of every conceivable means of carrying
out their AGENDA and have several layers of
plans to accommodate ever changing conditions.

Not that they themselves have done all of this, but
their well compensated think-tanks and research
facilities have devised the methodologies.

They're not burdened by any concerns regarding
death and destruction or the welfare of the
common folk.

In some cases the results exceeded their expectations
but in others certain embellishments were called for.
It's now a world-wide system and there are competitors.

Tightly concentrated (collimated) directed beams from
on high offer the best precision and control.
