That is all a very entertaining story, except that it has holes big enough for a Mack truck to drive through.
You promote the idea that someone with legal authority or muscle told tinman that he must curtail his public demonstrations.  Where is any verifiable evidence for your claims?  You then use those claims to boot strap a conspiracy theory that tinman is supposedly bravely opposing with the help of surfer dudes.  "Hang ten and take that you despicable Bilderbergs!  Wipe out!"
