i think i see what is going on here, it's an interesting design, i plan to experiment with something like this however in a different way.

I think the Toroids that  Tinman and Luc experimented with have not fully been explored.

also taking into account this 'Bismuth' 'discovery' makes the solid state system dynamic more interesting.

so if you can see that there is many pulsing partnered coil and its magnetic field is moving
in an increasing intensity as it approach the pick up coil. and when it reaches the pickup coil
it get amplified by the external nibs.. check my FIGAMAGIC. AGAIN search for it on the same
topic. And i think the only way to get overunity is no moving parts hence increasing efficiency..
