Fix The World (QEG) Files Copyright Claim against TinselKoala's Videos

This kind of reminds me of the "Down Wind Faster Than The Wind" fiasco where everyone and their dog felt oblidged to expose the scammers. Oh they ranted and they raved, they spoke of perpetual motion machines and the violation of the laws of conservation. The want to be experts also spoke of law suits to shut those scammers down to protect the stupid from themselves.
However then something strange happened... the engineers built there DWFTTW machine and went 2.86 times faster than the wind directly down wind. http://www.wired.com/2010/06/downwind-faster-than-the-wind/
Oh the humanity that everyone could be so wrong, that the crowd belittled and badgered these people not unlike some dark ages witch hunt could be so wrong about everything. However nobody likes to talk about that and this groundbreaking technology has all but disappeared into history. Nobody likes being wrong, moreso when they open their big mouth about things they do not understand and have no real facts one way or another then get caught with their pants down.
You have to see the humor in it. Rage...Rage at the world. Hate..Hate those who think differently and hope to change the world. I find it comical because all those people out their changing this world really don't give a damn what we think. I find comfort in this fact that they will do what they do regardless of what the crowd may believe.

First, please do not assume a velocity of the vehicle to be comparable to the velocity of the wind on any type of "energetically conservative" platform.... these do not even relate to each other, except by radius of the wheels and perpendicular surface of
the wind conversion unit.

The reason everyone stopped playing with this, it because we completely understood how it worked.
Yes, you can use wind power to drive a car (when and where the wind is blowing), the math on this is exactly like that of a wind generator. If your propeller is of sufficient radius, and angle, surface area, etc. then you will have the proper energy to drive the car of x mass, with y frictional coefficient , and z size wheels.

This is not over unity.
This is wind power.
The claims made by the inventors were plainly FALSE!
The exact amount of "extra energy" they claimed to obtain, was within the value of the wind used to do so.
It was slightly less efficient than using a stationary windmill to charge the batteries.

What do you do when the wind slows or stops?
or when you drive behind a wall or through a tunnel?

That is why we didn't mass produce these things.

I had one myself when this idea first came out,
it works in the wind, it works with a fan.
as long as the wind turbine gives you more torque than the reverse wind resistance pushes the car in the opposite direction,
than it works.

the more aerodynamic the vehicle, the more precise the turbine, the faster you can make the electric motor drive the car.

generally, the fan blade has to be 4-5 times greater diameter than the motor it runs.
at least!

there is no "overunity" there,.  but it is a creative use for wind energy.
Bottom line is,. much like the QEG propagators, they are false in their claims.
If they are not blatantly lying, this means they are utterly incompetent, and should not be the public relations people
for their corporation....

personally I think the creators of the QEG should be sued by several authoritative agencies of the sciences for use of the term
"Quantum" to describe their devices or technologies.

Unless provided they are able to produce a single quantum equation that relates to ANY of the energies measureable in their devices.

This has nothing to do with this forum, it's strictly a YouTube matter. I'm just announcing it here to show everyone what the "Fix The World" people are up to. They will stoop to any depths to try to censor and silence their critics. Of course their false claims are still available on the internet for all to see, no matter what happens to me and my videos.

Also, if you are in need of a legal personell, or direction towards the laws in the country, that may apply to this particular case
(if such case were to manifest itself....)

Thanks for your offer of help. I really don't think it will come to that, but just in case it's nice to know someone cares.

Or, if you happen to know the address of some unnamed individual in Pennsylvania that may need some "assistance" in understanding for accepted social behavior of American citizens.....

I doubt if there is anyone left in Pennsylvania who is on the FTW side. They've all fled to Morocco and I doubt if it would be "prudent" for any of them to return to the USA for any reason.

What I find really unfair about this is that I had to give YT my name, address, and make a sworn statement in order to dispute this thing, and this private information will be given to "Fix the World", but I don't get their information in return. And of course... they are in Morocco where there is no extradition treaty with USA and they are immune to US justice. 

Well, I have a big database documenting their claims, their fundraising campaigns and etc. that will be sure to amuse any judge or lawyer that cares to look at it.
"HopeGirl" (whose name we do know, it's publicly available) knows fully well that the claims of having a self-running prototype were and are still false and won't stand up in court.

But now that they have my name and address.... if anything "unusual" should happen to me or my home we will know the likely source, won't we.

My advice to you is to walk away.  Naima Feagin and her gang may have won two years ago, but they have lost now.  It's highly unlikely that they are ever going to raise the kind of money they raised in the past.  A Google search on anything related to those scammers will have links within the first five search results that say they are scammers.  As long as "bad" search results come up on the first page on your monitor they are toast.

So they have already lost, and even if your "voice" on some of your YouTube videos is taken away, the critical mass is always going to be there that states that they are scammers.  There is no way they are ever going to be able to change their search footprint.

The world's largest solar reflector power plant was just launched in Morocco, a nice milestone for renewable energy, and there lies Naima and her gang running out of money.  Talk about an amusing juxtaposition.  The gang is probably living in a hovel at this point and worrying about what kind of new illicit scheme they can dream up to keep putting food on the table.  They are marginalized scammers in rags at this point - at least in my mind.

Don't spend a single cent.  My suggestion would be to kiss YouTube's ass for the sake of your whole channel.  In about one hour your could probably find a few email addresses for Naima, Val, Janie, and then compose a nice rant email to YouTube bowing to their demands and copying the Fix the World gang.  You can unload on them and humiliate them but don't go too far and have then come after you for the email.

Then walk away with the comfort that you have done your part and they can't touch you.
