   There were a lot of active members, I think they might be hibernating, like the Doc. 
   What I've sean is that the " Diode Loop" idea or possible secret discovered by Dr. Stiffler, works.It can help to increase the voltage, and the near field effects, compared to just an exciter oscillator and L3 coil.At times I got some unloaded voltages at the diode loop of 183v, or so. Using 24v input, and running on very low wattage input. Guessing around 100 to 150mAs.I have a new meter ordered and coming soon, the one I have is not working.  I think that the idea here is to tune the coil(s) and oscillator to be in the best sync possible.That is easier said than done. But if they are not right on the money, little chance of self running, etz.

yeah it's right. I'm charging a 120 volt capacitor only with 24 volt. also it's automatic cut off the voltage

For those who have been waiting for further updates from Dr. Stiffler and have not followed other threads or forums pertaining to him, just got word that Dr. Stiffler had passed away November 2018.  I searched for further confirmation and found these two links.  The first one includes the obituary that I have attached, the second one includes many links to Dr. Stiffler's work, videos and posts:

Hi everyone, I've just got back into this work after many years away due to frail parents, health problems, etc.
Does anyone have a spare (bare) SEC18 PCB that they would be willing to sell me?
I cant find anywhere on the web that has one for sale. Would like to start again with something that works, then progress to experimentation.
