put a magnet on the bike tire, ns pole direction is circling direction, it will generate a current on the fender at 90 degrees, the two edges are the terminals.

Energy is simply accelerating electrostatic force carried by accelerating matters/charges.

i think internal propulsion is impossible. no matter what force you produce, the net force of the total mass is zero.

interact with earth magnetic force/field is the only way.

if we circling charged mercury in a ring at high speed, it will produce strong circling electric force/magnetic force/magnetic field. that force interacts with earth magnetic force, magnetic propulsion system principle.
