Is this a sentence or just a random collection of words?
What's really annoying is that the whole manual is like this, just very poorly written english.
Also, he is still selling the manual on ebay and people are giving him positive feedback, just one neutral feedback saying that it was not over-unity.
I going to ask ebay to have his auction removed.

I see that he also lists a bogus phone number on his domain name information, which is a violation of ICANN rules. He can lose his domain for that if he is reported. What is it with this guy and bogus phone numbers?

I cannot comment on the district attorney. Let's just say I was not the first to contact them in regards to this individual.

Good luck on this. I've tried in the past to report fraudulent auctions since I am in the gem business. Ebay has never responded/done anything about it. It's either they don't care or more likely they don't have the manpower to deal with it.
