Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

OK-

Well fair enough ironhead. I got my info about nitronic 60 stainless at a website www.hpalloy.com and here's a little bit about what they had to say which is kinda like what I had to say earlier  ;) only they say it better

" Corrosion Properties
The corrosion resistance of Armco NITRONIC 60 Stainless Steel falls between that of types 304 and 316. However, experience shows that in a wear system, a galling or siezure failure occurs first, followed by dimensional loss due to wear, and finally corrosion. Galling and wear must be the first concerns of the design engineer. Although the general corrosion resistance of NITRONIC 60 is not quite as good as Type 316, it does offer better chloride pitting resistance, stress corrosion cracking resistance and crevice corrosion resistance than Type 316 in laboratory conditions. Corrosion tests are not normally performed with NITRONIC 60 High Strength."

It goes on and on of course but I didn't know what # of nitronic steel you got as I don't think you had mentioned it. The point was though is I don't know what it is that you find so special for this cell purpose with your using both tungsten and nitronic stainless. So my question is - besides the strength and corrosion factors what advantage is there to using these metals? I should break that question down to - does it produce more gas than using ordinary 316L stainless steel electrodes? 316 stainless has been proven to giving good service in this type of application for many cell builders.

The energy required to make the amount of usable gas produced is the bottom line here. I understand the problems when the electrolyte becomes too hot and its a good idea of yours to run it through a radiator type of cooler. "amperage runaway" as they often call it in this field is a real problem for cell builders when the electrolyte heats up. X units of energy(watts) to make X units of combustiable gas. Your cell rated in watts producing so many lts/min of gas will determine its efficiency against other systems.
I believe you but am completely mystified as to why your amperage draw 'reduces' once it becomes hotter up to the "optimum" operating temperature. I haven't been able to replicate that reaction in this particular test cell or in any other electrolysis cell in over 2 yrs. Yours is the only cell I have heard of where the amperage draw is reduced when the heat of the electrolyte goes up and that is what caught my attention in the first place about your cell design.
Would like to know why that happens, how much gas you produce per amp and why you chose those particular metals as electrodes thats all before I spend $1,000 on materials and machining  :o

Thanks For The Info and Keep up the Good Work-

Short answer for currant drop.

When the electrodes begin to produce gas they are suspended in thousands of bubles, This causes less and less liquid to be in direct contact with the electrodes. Thus less amprage/currant to passbetween them.

How many units are you going to build? $1000.00 Bucks seems abit much for a test unit.I have less that 10.00 in the unit i'm playing with. But most of the stuff i had on hand, But i'd think somthing like this more realistic for this build

Tungston          10.00-15.00, Use them often so about 4.00 for me
Full wave bridge 12.00-15.00,  found it in a box of junk form an old build so Free?
Nitronic Tig rod    6.00 - 8.00,  I payied 3.60 for a rod 32''X 1/8'' dia
Nothing hard to find yet. and not to much $$ for supplys eah?
Now we can start the build for under 50.00. Buying a peice at a time. untill we add in the 20k circuit, this will be where the cost is,IMHO. And the most time consumeing unless Ironhead has a secret formula to build it useing off the shelf parts to save time and $$,, Im with ya!!

LETS BUILD IT.. lol ,,Moab

Moab-

Yeah, I hear you about the pricing. I just tossed a figure out there to make a point about understanding why Ironhead chose using those kinds and types of materials instead of ordinary 316 stainless. Anyways, ironhead had at one time used tungsten and silver plates in his cool looking cell that he had posted pictures of and he said it was quite expensive to build.
Lets pretend the materials were free and any type of metal was available and building  time too wasn't important - then why use tungsten and nitronic stainless? I am just asking why and if it produces more gas or not, thats all?
I am REAL glad you brought up your point on the amperage draw. That's what I had figured out as well and was hoping someone else would mention it. I think when it gets bubbling away madly there is less contact with the water on the electrodes. I reckon less contact with the water means less amperage draw BUT less contact also means LESS gas produced as well.   :(
Yeah, let's just build these units but lets make them efficient as possible. Best construction price for litres of gas/min/amp I say. Some small engine applications like motorcycles for example don't have large amp electrical systems to just fry the heck out of the water with large watt units and just hope for the best. In these types of cases it is obvious that we need the biggest bang for our amps supplied.

Thanks for Your Thoughts Moab-

Best Regards,

;D Now we are getting into the new way that a lot of people are starting to understand. I designed a new cell just for this purpose. Using a voltage intensifier circut is my next planed cell driver, for it and it alone is hooked up to the electrolyzer. The new cell is designed to take full advantage of this no current, high voltage concept. Voltage work theory by Stanley Myers is what I have gotten into now. We think we have figured it all out. Zigouras racing has it working just fine they say. As soon as I get the electronics built I will put Joe cell and Myer's tied together with vacuum lines, the Joe cell has to come first for it is electronicly connected, and the Myers cell is totally isolated, as it should be. I will later try to market the Myer's type cell since it is way more cost effective for me to make than a good Joe Cell. Wish me luck :D.

Okay!! Good luck! These pattons are still active. So until the meyers family drops the rights to it, youll have a hard time marketing it.

HI everyone, As for the Meyer's patient it runs out Jun 27 this year, plus that's is not what Meyer's him self made for the world. He had a small spark plug looking device that I really can't understand. Maybe someone some day will figure that one out, but as for me I'm sticking with the old technology.

Well, all of the testing is going great thus far, had a few problems, darn cap imploded on me. Had to disconect the device mid trip, for the car had zero vacuums when it crack, but it was running fine up to that point. I will get started on the electro dielecrtic oblitarator as soon as all of the stuff comes in, wish me luck..........H20power

PS im a bit busy testing things now, so I do come online all that often, okay all?

Hi everyone, Just in case you thought I was full of BS read this on Zigouras Racing:
http://blog.waterforfuel.com/2007/03/17/sky-driver-airlines-dropping-you-off-exactly-where-you-need-to-be.aspx#Comment

As you can see the US has it head in the ground like an osterage, hoping things will just get better somehow. I was really counting on Zigs too come through, since Hypowerfuel.com seems to have stopped for some reason also. waterforfuel.com is so close to getting things working I hope he makes it. I need more time and money always too broke to get things done in a timely fashion. Gas where I am is 335 a gallon now, just because, for there is no Huricain, or full scale war to blaim this time. The weather is good, we are at peace, just helping that country to get on their feet, so why the big increase in fuel prices?

It just makes me angry to see technology being supresst, and we really need it now. To many people are going without power that have families to raise, but the cost of living just is too much for them too bare.

Meyer's technology really works, it just needs some fine tunning is all. High voltage and low current do a number to water, Zigs was electrolizing aproximently two gallons a minute, and that's way more than any car would need to run on. I want to save our oil for it is needed to make plastics or do we want a clay TV box ???. I hate the way things are looking for it seems we have no future pass 2025, and the Government is fine with that, go figure.
