This is not going to turn into a JoeCell kind of deal . Where depending on  your mood , where you stand  and the  position of the moon effects operration of a cell . Nor is this going to turn into a Dale Pond type conference.
But if we are going to deal with the nature of water we need to understand alittle bit about its structure . If we are going to vibrate , oscillate and resonate a structure and its components then there is much we should talk about on how ,why and where.

Hi all and respected IH Guru,

My first post here. Been following this tread for 2 weeks now. I first came to OU Forum for TPU replication but I'm also looking to save gas on my Mini Van. So I'll play a little here with you guys if I can. I saw both Dale Pond video's of Keely's work some months ago, great stuff. Also Victor Schauberger had much knowledge of the nature of water. He also tested and develop water implosion. If one knows Keely's stuff you will find Schauberger parallels to it. Here are some video links:

I finished the test cell yesterday and energized it as per IH instruction steps and then let it run in the natural spring water for 20 min. but next to nothing in bubbles. The stainless I used has no magnet attraction and both sides were sanded with 40 grit  before cutting in 2" squares and 2"x 3".

@IH, have you tested that PWM from the eBay seller yet?

You may also notice that my cell box has grooves cut at every 1/8" so to test the results of different space effects on the cell.

Just add a little KOH or Lye at a time and watch the bubbles. Keep an eye on your amps as you do this,  they will climb fast.  You need an electrolyte to make this cell work in brute force mode. Before you start pulsing you want to have good solid output at all voltages . As the voltage is increased so will the output as you may well know.
Slide out those positive plates and coat the back side with  GOOP or  any automotive grade urethane  sealer .This will seal off  voltage leaks,

I am working on the cell now finding  which frequency is the best and in a day or so will  set that freq into the PMW and  do a video with it running. There have been some minor changes to the cell so  it will require new tuning as you saw in the video.

so what kind of pump do you use to pump water thru your cells ironhead?  and how do you stop the voltage from leaking from one cell to the next if you have holes drilled in the acrylic?  thanks

You can not completely stop voltage leaks but you will cut the leaks down greatly if you just have some small holes to the cell cavity. There is a way but to far to go for the difference. That is  attaching a tube for each hole and running all the tubes to a junction type box away from the cell  but there really is no need.

Keep in mind these pumps have to be flow valve tuned as well . That just means put a ball valve on the input of the cell and output of the pump.
