The only thing I have found that works is hardened steel like a saw blade. Try it everyone has a saw Blade around somewhere.

Hardened steel still is a magnetic material.
No, guys, the shield should work in another way. Let say, it can be some material (or some layer) which can move dipoles on one side, but other side should resist to this moving.  It could be some alloys or bake of some different type of materials.
I've got another piece of material from them - Joint shield. The same shit. No shield at all...

As I said try it. Don't you have a saw blade? How hard would it be? it is the harding process that does the trick.

Yes I have. A part woodsaw 1/16x1 "x1' (using as a scraper). No effect at all. As I said magnetization goes through all thickness.
