Okay, I should clarify what I wrote a little.  I think Thrapp's devices are real.   However, it's really damn selfish to not just release the information.  I think he's got an ego problem.

From my interview with Mr. Thrapp we learned, that there is a magnet inside the special 5 windings coil and there is also a belt coming from the rotating magnet inside the coil turning the commutator.
Firstly I did not see the belt before I did the interview, but now I can see it clearly and now I know, how the commutator is rotated.

All very simular to the Newman motors.

We only need to add more coils and add their output up via rectified graetz bridges
and tuned capacitors on each coil winding.

Also the windings should be probably 5-filar.. so all wire wound together
in parallel, so not one after each other.

I already had also sometimes pretty much negative input currents, when I put 2 spark gaps in series with my
Newman coil once.
I think, the more sparkgaps you put in series with the the coil, the lower will be your input current.
When I had just one sparkgap with my coil and a battery voltage of about 625 Volts,
the input current was 5 mA.
When I put 2 sparkgaps in series at the same input voltage, the average input current
decreased to 2 mA and there were also sometimes negative values of the input current seen
on an analog input amperemeter.
Also the torque on the rotating magnet inside the coil did not decrease.

So if you put still more spark gaps in series or
chop up all the DC voltage into total BackEMF bursts, you will decrease the effect of the Lenz law
and via a RF transformer in series with the coil you can transform the rf bursts back to lower
output voltages with higher amperes and do a full wave graetz rectifying
or an Avramenko plug rectifier to use the produced rf ( radio frequency) power.

Newman used in some of his machines the rf burst power by just putting in series
some incandescent bulbs in series with the coil that lighted up due to the powerfull
rf burst currents.

Stephan I know you are busy and build all the time  but it sounds like [recent posts here and another thread] you could get this working with out much effort    and teach how to do this?  of course I could be wrong about the effort part  Chet
