Hello Helmut,

You could nicely control the strength of you cylindrical magnets shown in your picture by using non-magnetic spacers between the core and the face of the magnets,  just a kind of controllable air-gap what I think of (non-magnetic materials are transparent to flux).
Imagine you lift up your magnets for 5mm for instance, their strength and their effect on the core will obviously much less then when they touch directly the core.

On one hand,this is a good idea  ,but on the other hand it could be possible that the Flux spread out.
So what to do?
I think,i will guide the flux over a Brige as i show via the sketch.

stelle er sich einen "BUMERANG" vor,
darauf einen Kreis/Ring als Kombination zweier !
Nun zum ersten zurueck:
Was erfolgt- wie -beim normalem Wurf ?
Ganz einfach, der Bumerang kommt nicht zurueck:
denn es ist ein "Wurfbeil" !

Es sollte natuerlich erst der Gedankengang als "geistigen 4D-Film " erfasst,konfiguriert werden,
bildhaft-Einzelbild/Sequenz/Daumenkino/Trickfilm- gemaess  !
Diese Arbeitsweise,so schaetze ich neurologisch, entspricht dem Vorgehen eines jeden
Programmierers bei der Gestaltung eines sogenannten Software-Programmes !

I agree with the suggestions, I'd try a range of frequencies
and pulse them with more or less current...

You need to know I think:
1. Try to use other core materail from nanocrystllyne ferromagnite band by example:
2. Try to check frequence of pulses to 400MHZ
3. You need to check output current... not voltage. Use load according to CURRENT = const. If you have not load then you have voltage = 0
4 ... try to remove permanent magnits for first expreiments. You will to use these to encrease efficient. In other case incorrect use ones may hide effect... or use permanent magnits very low power
