Very easy to replicate:
Microwave transformer and 30V/.80A ADP (pulsed) supply is used
One terminal of the supply is connected to one side of the primary of the transformer, on the other terminal of both the primary of the transformer and supply a connector is fastened. Connectors are corroded, here is where the sparks on the video's are formed. Secondary is not used.

That's cool.  I'm only a novice following free energy development and cheering on the movers and shakers in this so this might be a goofy question but since microwave ovens emit harmful rays and must have shielding, is there a chance this does the same?  Looks like your device is showing much higher out than in.   Well worth more study.   Very nice work.  There is a guy, I think his name is John Kansik or something like that who used something from microwave to produce hydrogen from sea water.  This guy was looking for new ways to target and kill only cancer cells with no harm to healthy cells and stumbled on the burning water thing.  I believe I remember his device used very little power to produce very hot flame.  His findings may dovetail into yours somehow, I don't know.  I think test are now underway with positive results for new cancer treatments using the device.  It involves injecting metal (gold etc.) which is attracted to cancer cells only.  His device heats up the metal killing only sick cancer cells, I think it uses resonance frequency tuned to specific metal or something similar.

I take no credit for the video posted, it's not my work, but for understanding "ZPE engineering", simple experiments must be done which demonstrate the concepts, so that everyone get the same results, I think this setup does the job and is worth researching, though we need to figure out a way to measure. Measuring input is done by a wattmeter between supply and socket.

I'm going to watch your video, looks similar to the one above.
Microwave transformers are not harmful, the only radiation they (can) emit is UV, the only dangerous aspect is its ability to fry you.
