I'm confused as to why you are posting things in stages.  Just post it all and be done with it.


By the way, pyrolytic graphite has a permeability of 0.9996.  A true vacuum has a permeability of 1, air is something like 1.0001.

So? Where is our unidirectional magnetic material?

I'm anxious to use it around a magnet, in such a way that the magnet will attract steel balls only at its left side, not at its right side. If can I do that, I have a perpetual motion machine.
