gas but no savings....... HELP

the pulse width modulator is limiting the current by pulsing it, this is why the current drops, because its going on and off. this will directly effect how much gas youll produce becuase electricity is whats making the gas, an average pwm is mostly for exactly that, so you can have comtroll over your cell and hopefully not overheat anything. now the d14 i believe is the dave lawton pwm if i remember correctly, i havent played with one myself but remember a lil bit about it, the frequencies have to be tuned to the water and the pipes there are 3 key frequncies... hang your pipe electrodes from a string and tap them with a metal hammer, the inner and outer pipes whould hit the same note, changing the note by cutting a slot in the bigger one like a pipe organ found in a church, i think you have a ways to go before you know enough to crack with frequency, keep reading and trying... peace

thanks vdubdipr, that makes sens. is there a way to use less amps and maby produce more gas or the same amount of gas. please reply. i have started a 7.5 hp motor with my sell. but I'm using to much current. I'm running a 220v inverter on a 120a 12v battery but I'm abusing my battery

if your current draw it too high then your plates are too close let em breath
