The list is endless. Wouldn't it be lovely?

If they had that kind of technology, wouldn't you think we would see some of its effects?  Perhaps not, our brains would be permanently altered, that is if they even would be there.

I don't know what steorn story is, but I do certain for myself that the government can detect an overunity device and can distrupt an overunity device if they are electromagnetic based ( of course if you invent a Besslerwheel, you'll be safer).  One can set up atenas with multiple waves detection by having different rods at differnt length and configuration.  Once they pick up an unsual wave that continuously give output, they will track down the intensity and find the device.  One can also set a device off to dusturb the ambient electromagnetic environment (which I think the case happened to steorn).  If you can extract ZPE, you can disturb ZPE.
